According to Japanese author and university professor, Toshimitsu Shigemura, Kim Jong-Il has been dead since 2003 with body doubles taking his place and fooling the world. In the meantime, in a move which is sure to anger South Korea, the US and China, North Korea has halted its dismantling of its nuclear reactor apparently due to the US not yet removing North Korea off its terrorism watchlist. Whether it’s Kim Jong-Il himself or Kim Jong-Il’s mini-me in charge, it seems the crafty bastard’s still up to his usual tricks.
