Today, 4th April, marks six years since I first set foot on the Land of the Morning Calm. (I’m quietly hoping Lil’ Kim fires his missile today in honour of this momentous occasion). Man, how times flies as someone much smarter than me once said:
It’s been the best of times and it’s been the worst of times.
Learned a lot, seen a lot, done a lot, missed a lot, gained a lot, lost a lot, regretted a lot, forgot a lot. But, at the end of the day I wouldn’t have it any other way.
And, now for a trip back down memory lane and re-count of my first day in the Land of the Morning Calm – Friday, 4th April, 2003.
